Who is behind Pathz

ISL is the sports management company overseeing the athletic department. For over 14 years, ISL has helped the biggest names in the game bridge the gap between the US and European markets. They have worked with FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City, FC Bayem Munich, Messi, and other soccer powerhouses. Their expertise will be crucial to help players achieve their career goals.

Accelerator Schools will supervise Pathz's academic methodology. With 9 years of innovation in student-athlete education, we prove no athlete must choose between academics and passion. Our specialty micro-schools customize rigorous, flexible curricula with dedicated professionals, enabling student-athletes to excel in both sports and academics without interruption, consistently.

Our Team

ACADEMICS DIRECTOR

Sarah Aseltine has a B.A. of Science Elementary Education from Indiana University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with additional certifications for English Language Leamers and Administration from DePaul University. She has been in education for 20+ years as both a classroom teacher and administrator working with students from preschool through high school. Prior to joining the Accelerator team, she worked as an Assistant Principal in both the Middle and Elementary schools in a public setting. This is her third year at Accelerator School as the Assistant Director of Education and Post-High School Coordinator.

Sarah AseltineAsst. Director

Pepe Nogués is the Chief Operating Officer of ISL Agency, bringing nearly eight years of experience in the sports industry. Known for his 360-degree approach to operations, he focuses on driving organizational efficiency, optimizing processes, and aligning teams to deliver on strategic business objectives. Before entering the sports world, Pepe spent six years at PwC, where he developed a strong foundation in auditing and consulting across various industries. His combined background in corporate finance and operational leadership positions him as a key driver of strategic execution and long-term stability—for Pathz, ensuring clients and partners feel secure and supported.
